Everyone associated with Magenta Living was deeply saddened to hear of the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and we offer our heartfelt condolences to the Royal Family at this sad time. We reflect with gratitude and admiration on an extraordinary lifetime of service as she was widely recognised as being driven by her faith but propelled by duty, often referring to herself as a servant.
We will be operating to our usual hours of service during the period of official mourning, but out of respect, we will be limiting all our social media activity over the coming days.
Please be assured that we will be sympathetic to colleagues and customers who may need some time to reflect or feel particularly affected by the Queen's passing.
Following the announcement that Monday 19 September is to be a bank holiday, we are in the process of contacting customers with a scheduled appointment on this day to rearrange to another convenient date. We will provide our usual bank holiday coverage of services by responding to all emergency situations on the 19th.
