Magenta begins stock condition survey programme
Magenta Living has a 5-year commission with RAND Associates to complete stock condition surveys on our customers homes.
Stock condition surveys give us a better picture of the age and condition of each building element such as kitchens and bathrooms, which in turn helps us to plan improvements that may be required in the future.
As part of these surveys, we will also undertake damp and mould inspections. RAND will record ambient temperature and relative humidity to assist us with our proactive approach to understanding the thermal performance of customers’ homes.
We will be contacting over 5,000 of our customers in the coming weeks whose property requires a stock condition survey to explain that RAND will contact them to set up an appointment when they are surveying in their area.
We ask that customers check the ID badge of the surveyor and allow them in to complete the survey which will consist of a visual survey of the internal and external areas of your home, this may also include an energy efficiency survey if required. The survey should take about an hour.
