BERT - Waste Removal Service
What is BERT?
BERT, or Bulky Environmental Refuse Team, is a waste removal service offered by our Environmental Response Team.
BERT is available to all Magenta Living residents and leaseholders, every Tuesday and Wednesday.
How much does BERT cost?
You can have three bulky items removed for £15, with any further items after that costing £4 each.

Payments for BERT are required to be paid in advance and preferably over the phone with a credit or debit card, though we do accept cash payments at our Customer Hub in Partnership Building.
