Magenta Living does not insure your furniture belongings or decorations against theft, fire, vandalism and burst pipes.
We advise taking out adequate home contents insurance to cover your own belongings and accidental damage to 
internal decoration.
Home Contents Insurance is available for our tenants through our partner Aviva.
This scheme is open to all Magenta Living tenants, leaseholders and shared owners. We cannot guarantee that this scheme provides the cheapest insurance cover available, or that it provides the widest cover. You are recommended to seek alternative quotations and choose the cover that best suits your needs.
