Christmas Operating Hours

We have an important update for customers regarding our Christmas operating hours.

Throughout the Christmas period, our contact centre will remain open as usual to support you with emergency repairs or if you need to report incidents of anti-social behaviour. 

You can reach them by calling 0808 100 9596 or emailing contactus@magentaliving.org.uk.

We’ll be closing our Partnership Building office at 3pm on Tuesday 24th December and will re-open again at 9am on Thursday 2nd January 2025.
