Stock Condition Survey Campaign Prize Draw

We’re offering entry into one of our £100 weekly draws for customers who have allowed home access to complete a stock condition survey.

Magenta Living visits properties once every five years to carry out a stock condition survey. These help us with long-term improvements to our homes and allow us to make them safer for our customers and their families. We're offering entry into a weekly prize draw to give customers a chance to win £100 in vouchers for either Amazon or Asda.

A stock condition survey is a visual inspection of the inside and outside of your home to assess the age and condition of major elements in your home such as the kitchen, bathroom, windows and doors. This information lets us see what needs to be prioritised for future planning and maintenance.

We're working with RAND Associates to carry out stock condition surveys. Stock condition surveys are different from regular inspections in that we are not looking for issues that need repairing urgently.

Once an appointment has been arranged, a surveyor will come out to your home at the agreed date and time. During this visit they will need access to key areas of your home, including your garden if you have one. Some photographs will be taken of the main components such as your kitchen, bathroom and the type of boiler you have. Depending on the size of your home, this should only take about 30 minutes.

As this survey is not a formal inspection, they will not be lifting carpets, moving furniture, or checking how you are maintaining your home.

Incentive Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the £100 weekly draw incentive scheme for Magenta Living customers. By opting in, you agree to the following:
1. Promoter: The promoter of this incentive scheme is Magenta Living, registered in England & Wales 4912562 and a registered charity 1106969, whose registered office is at: Partnership Building, Hamilton Street, Birkenhead, Wirral CH41 5AA. 2. Eligibility: Entry is open to Magenta Living customers aged 18 or over who have allowed access to their property for the completion of a stock condition survey during the promotional period. Employees of Magenta Living are not eligible to participate. 3. Promotional Period: The promotion runs from 11/11/2024 to 31/03/2025. Weekly draws will take place each Wednesday. 4. Entry Requirements: Customers will be automatically entered into the weekly draw upon successful completion of a stock condition survey during the promotional period. Each property can only qualify for one entry during the promotional period. 5. Prize: One qualifying customer per household is entitled to one entry into one prize draw. The date of this entry will be determined by the customers' stock condition survey completion date. The prize for each draw is a £100 voucher, as determined by Magenta Living. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other goods or services. Magenta Living accepts no responsibility for voucher usage restrictions. Any queries around voucher usage should be taken up with the voucher provider.  6. Draw: Process Weekly winners will be selected at random under impartial supervision. Winners will be notified within 7 days of the draw. Notification will be made by email, text or phone call via the winning customers registered contact details. 7. Claiming the Prize: Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of notification. If a winner does not respond within this time, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner may be selected. 8. Data Protection: Personal data provided during the survey process will be processed in accordance with Magenta Living’s Privacy Policy and solely for the administration of this promotion. 10. General: Magenta Living reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend the promotion at any time if circumstances make this unavoidable. Any decision by Magenta Living regarding this promotion is final and binding.  11. Liability: Magenta Living accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical or other issues.  12.
