To empower people and open doors to homes full of love, communities full of life and a world full of possibilities. Our plan was created in collaboration with our colleagues, customers and Board, and now we are looking for people who can guide and advise us in delivering it.
As a registered social landlord with over 13,000 homes and the largest provider in Wirral, we want to utilise our position as one of Liverpool City Region’s anchor organisations to make a positive impact on the communities, customers and colleagues we work with.
We are seeking three new Board Members who believe in our sole value to ‘do the right thing’. Board Members who can help us achieve the goals set out in our strategic plan and really make a difference to the person behind the front door in each of our 13000 homes.
Chair of Risk and Audit Committee
We are looking for someone who can encourage collaboration and active engagement from everyone involved. An appreciation for the role the committee plays within the regulated environment, and a strong background in making common sense business decisions that help us to achieve our aims while making sure the customer is at the center of all we do. It is not essential to have a financial background for this role.

Non Exec Board Members (Two vacancies)
We are seeking applicants who will bring constructive challenge and support in equal measures. Whether you’re looking for your first or next non-executive opportunity, and if you thrive in a collaborative culture with customer centric values - we’d love to hear from you.
We have two opportunities for Board members. The first of which will be required to have qualifications as a financial accountment, and the second vacancy a strong understanding of social housing and regeneration.
Both roles do not require specific social housing experience, we are looking for people who can connect with our purpose vision and values from any sector or lived experience.
