Customer Voice: Launching Magenta Living's annual Customer Survey!
We really value customer feedback and are launching our annual customer survey. We will soon be contacting approximately 1,000 of our customers, selected at random, asking them to share their views about the services we provide. The survey is being delivered by an independent company called MARU and is anonymous and confidential – no one at Magenta Living will be able to see any individual answers.
We are keen to understand the experience received by our customers by asking them to give feedback about us, the services we provide and any areas that need improving, whilst also helping to shape future services.
As a thank you for completing the survey, customers will have the option at the end to be entered into a prize draw to win a £250 Amazon e-voucher or one of three £50 Amazon e-vouchers.
The answers that are provided will be used to calculate the annual Tenant Satisfaction Measures, which have been introduced by the Regulator of Social Housing. The survey findings will share how well we are doing compared to other housing providers. As part of this survey, we would also like to know more about our customers so we can really understand them, and this will help design services and meet customers’ needs.
We will issue the results here on our website, in our customer magazine, on our social media channels and in our customer annual report document.
