Launching... Property Care
On 12 September Magenta Living launched Property Care, the new name for our in-house team formerly known as Building Services. This is a significant and exciting time for everyone in the Property Care team as we rebrand to more accurately reflect the role and purpose of the service we provide to our customers, maintaining and improving their home. We believe this will also create a better sense of belonging to all colleagues who are part of the Property Care team and ensure we continue to build a trusted relationship with our customers, colleagues, partners and stakeholders.
Property Care will continue to be very much part of Magenta Living and will remain aligned to Magenta Living’s Vision, Values and VIBE. However, launching Property Care will provide the opportunity to change how colleagues in the team look, feel and interact. To support this, we have developed a set of Property Care behaviours which, whilst being bespoke to Property Care, still very much dovetail with, and support, the behaviours of Magenta. These behaviours remind colleagues that when we work together, drive continuous improvement and strive to do our best for our customers, we can deliver something really special.
Colleagues and customers alike have been involved in contributing and developing our new Property Care name and logo which undoubtedly reflects what we want to achieve by maintaining and improving our customers’ homes. Customers will start to see the new Property Care logo on lots of different branded items, including livery on our new vans and newly branded uniforms.
