Magenta Living provides ‘Excellent Customer Services’
Magenta Living continues to demonstrate our ambition in providing excellent customer services by retaining our ‘Customer Service Excellence’ certification following a recent audit. The audit involved several stages including focus groups with staff members, customers and partner organisations.
In retaining our certification for another 12 months, Chief Executive Brian Simpson commented: “It is important that Magenta Living is seen as a ‘can do’ organisation that delivers on our promises. The ‘Customer Service Excellence’ award goes a long way to demonstrate our approach towards this. Well done to all involved.”
A project that gained the ‘Compliance Plus’ status was a recent environmental project involving a range of teams and partner organisations working closely with Bidston Rise tenants to improve their neighbourhood and help build a stronger community.
The auditors also commented on the keenness and enthusiasm of the staff at the focus groups and were also impressed with the range of partner organisations we deal with. Valuable input from some of our tenants also contributed to this great achievement.
