More awards for Magenta Living!
Magenta Living has won not one but two awards at this year’s Direct Works Awards.
The two members of the Property Care team picked up their awards at the recent awards ceremony at the Piccadilly Hotel in Manchester. The Direct Works Awards are an exciting opportunity for colleagues to recognise and reward colleagues on a national scale.
Haydn Hansford, Magenta’s Property Care Director, picked up the Inspirational Employee Award which recognises a dynamic, focused, great communicator who displays outstanding leadership. They inspire others and are company and customer-focused, demonstrating commercial acumen and collaboratively achieve remarkable results by inspiring others. Haydn said:
“This year has not been without its challenges, but we are innovative and creative in the way we adapt to changes in the external environment, and we have worked hard as a team to improve how we operate to better serve our customers. This Award isn’t just about me, it’s about the whole Property Care team and I’m immensely proud of my team and it is so great that our hard work, commitment and dedication have been recognised by winning this fantastic Award.”
Pamela Adams, Service Improvement Manager received the Customer Experience Award which shows how an individual has contributed to or introduced an initiative to raise the standard of customer experience for your organisation. Following the pandemic, Magenta had just moved its housing solution to Total Connect and in 2022 Pamela successfully managed a portfolio of improvement projects that transformed the customer experience of our repairs service and how our internal staff interacted with their support services.
Magenta Living’s Executive Director for Assets and Development said:
“This is a fantastic achievement by Haydn and Pamela and both awards are richly deserved. All the work that our Property Care team has been doing recently is benefitting our colleagues and continually improving our service to our customers.”
