As part of the Regulator for Social Housing’s drive for housing providers like Magenta Living to collect information from customers about their satisfaction with their landlord, we have commissioned IFF Research to undertake surveys on our behalf to capture your feedback. IFF Research is an independent social and market research agency with a strong reputation for delivering high quality and high impact research.

It’s entirely up to you whether you take part in the survey, however we would encourage you to provide feedback to ensure that we are listening and can act on making changes, based on your feedback.
